What SB 721 requires in Woodland Hills

Under Health and Safety Code §17973, owners must retain inspection reports for at least two inspection cycles. A local enforcement agency may require the initial report, final report, or both to be submitted. Conditions presenting an immediate safety threat require immediate preventive measures, including restricting access where necessary. Non-immediate corrective work follows the permit and completion timelines in §17973, subject to any extension granted by the local enforcement agency.
